You get to the point in life where there is this constant frenziness over something which you don’t know how to communicate. You find yourself in a situation where nostalgia has enveloped you.Past events seems to cloud over you and as if you are again living those moments and somehow you wish to relive them. You want to cherish them and you are happy to acknowledge them. You have this constant feeling that you are being constantly scrutinized and you find yourself bound. You have this innate urge to break free but you are bound. You are bound when you ought to be free. Each one of us needs to realize this day in and day out but the realization itself is missing. All haha ho and back to square one.We are so chained up that we don’t know how to get out of it and we are plagued by the constant hammering that’s been done to us by the outside sources.Inner reflection and contemplation is missing.Often we all are governed by the so called superficials and the stereotypes. You often notice yourself getting pulled by the outside forces over which you do not have control over.Even if we try to control over our efforts get negated by the forces. In my opinion each person his/her has inherent capacity to shape his/her experiences. It’s within individual’s free will and control. The root for such experiences are the thoughts that one harbours and entertains. The thoughts at the subtle state cause the experiences to manifest and for each individual that differs. So if left unchecked and unguarded thoughts on a subtle level shall affect our gross level experiences. So delving within is essential. It is a complicated process and often mind-boggling and requires enormous patience day in and day out and gigantic willpower. The irony is that very few of us are aware of this concept and the major lifespan of an individual is spent in futilities. In my experience you grow through experiences every single day. Each day throws you with new avenues to grow,to nurture yourself and think over to think afresh and get rid of mental clouds and that’s where the fulcrum lies.Stuck thought’s are man’s demons.
